Mary Ann Baldwin's decision to step down as mayor of Raleigh

Raleigh Mayor Mary Ann Baldwin announced Tuesday she will not run for a third term due to health concerns. She has served the city for 15 years, first as a city councilor. WRAL Reporter Matt Talhelm walks us through her two terms as mayor.
