Paul Ihander has been involved in sports media moments his entire life. He’s served as a pre-and-post-game host for college and pro teams across the U.S., including the San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys, Portland Trailblazers and Oregon State Beavers. He’s hosted daily afternoon sports radio shows, most recently in Las Vegas.

Paul has also covered countless major sporting events as a seasoned reporter (Super Bowl XLIX, 2017 Final Four, NHL Stadium Series, Wrestlemania XIX, NBA Finals, MLB Wildcard).

Paul joined Capitol Broadcasting in 2022 as the Brand Manager for Sports Radio. As the host of Next Up on 99.9 The Fan, Paul moves the Triangle sports day forward by providing insights on the sports world’s biggest stories and trending topics of the day.

 

Graham Hill is a show producer, fill-in host and co-host of the Pack Therapy podcast for 99.9 The Fan. Graham got his start at The Fan after winning a 2022 contest to become the station’s Carolina Hurricanes correspondent during the Stanley Cup playoffs.  

Graham graduated from William Peace University in Raleigh, where he served as the public address announcer and play-by-play commentator for the university’s athletic programs. He also interned with Duke University Athletics during legendary Coach Mike Krzyzewski’s (Coach K) final season with Blue Devils basketball.  

Graham is a native of Kinston, North Carolina, growing up next to the families of notable NBA basketball players like Brandon Ingram, Cedric Maxwell and Jerry Stackhouse.
