After a record-high prices in 2022, real estate agents expect big changes in 2023. The cost to borrow money is going up putting sellers and buyers in a tough spot. Inventory is still low, and buyers are being pickier. As a result, fewer home sales are expected and many homeowners who might have moved are considering staying put.
