Roads impassible, communities cut off in Avery County as the High Country seeks help in Helene response

President Joe Biden flew over the damage in Western North Carolina on Wednesday as 1,000 Fort Liberty soldiers mobilized to help in those counties. WRAL Meteorologist Chris Michaels reports from Avery County on the conditions there.
