Travelers who want to support the area and had already booked vacation rentals now have a tough choice -- face shutdown roads, some closed businesses and destruction from the hurricane... or lose their money. In just the last week 5 On Your Side has received more than a dozen complaints from vacationers denied refunds or the chance to reschedule.
