Duke head football coach Mike Elko was hired to take the vacant head coaching job with Texas A&M football. Elko previously served as the defensive coordinator at Texas A&M from 2018-2021 under former coach Jimbo Fisher. Tim Donnelly points at the continued double-standard of head coaches being able to freely move to different job, but that players are restricted.
