David Tepper has to get offseason right for Carolina Panthers with new head coach & general manager

Tim Donnelly says the Carolina Panthers and owner David Tepper have to get the choice of new general and head coach right after the firing of GM Scott Fitterer, and the new head coach and GM have to do everything possible to help Bryce Young.

Tim Donnelly says the Carolina Panthers looked checked out and showed very little emotion in the final game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tim also wants to see more emotion from Bryce Young in the post game interviews.
