Dave Canales needs to have full say on Carolina Panthers coaching staff
Tim Donnelly says new Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales needs to have full decisions over his coaching staff, and that owner David Tepper and general manager Dan Morgan needs to let Canales make the final decisions on what coaches to bring in, and what coaches to retain.
Donnelly also discusses the front office structuring of the Carolina Panthers, and if owner David Tepper will allow others to do their jobs fully.
