Tim Donnelly says the Carolina Hurricanes must be willing to take a risk at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline to acquire a player that can help elevate the roster as the Hurricanes look to win their first Stanley Cup since 2006, with that player possibly being Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jake Guentzel.
