The Carolina Hurricanes got three points from Sebastian Aho, and great goaltending from Pyotr Kochetkov, but Tim Donnelly says they're more to be done for the Carolina Hurricanes to get out of their recent skid, and that consistency is what matters most. 

Brian Murphy, WRAL Sports Investigative Reporter, joined Tim Donnelly to discuss the Federal Court ruling today putting a 14-day restraining order on the NCAA when it comes to transfer waivers and transfer decisions for collegiate student-athletes, and what this means in both the short-term and long-term for athletes.
