The Colorado Avalanche defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 6-4 on Saturday night, remaining undefeated for the season. The Avalanche were led by a balanced attack, with six players scoring goals. Tim Donnelly asked if we're giving the Hurricanes too much credit for the amount of depth they have.

Also, the Carolina Panthers didn't lose yesterday because they had the week off. However, Tim explains how even during the BYE week the Panthers still messed things up. Plus, it was announced Friday evening that Duke's Men Basketball coach Jon Scheyer has agreed to a six-year contract extension through the 2028-29 season.
