UConn Huskies SID Bobby Mullen Threatens Reporter After Dan Hurley Video Leaks

UConn Huskies Sports Information Director (SID) Bobby Mullen threatened a reporter after the reporter recorded a video of Dan Hurley. In said video, Hurley is walking back to the UConn locker room criticizing the referees claiming the officials caused UConn to lose. Hurley yells expletives and tells the Baylor Bears he hopes the officials don't influence their (Baylor) game as well. This took place after UConn lost to the Florida Gators 77-75 in the round of 32 eliminating the Huskies from the NCAA Tournament. Bobby Mullen told reporter Joey Ellis to get rid of the video or Mullen would “ruin his life.”
According to Charlotte Sports Live reporter Joey Ellis who recorded the video, Mullen and Ellis spoke recently where Mullen apologized for his words.
