Toronto Blue Jays Even World Series At 2-2 With 6-2 Win Over Dodgers

Reese and Alex discuss the Blue Jays win over the Dodgers.

In Game 4 of the 2025 World Series last night, the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 to even the series at 2-2. The key moment came in the third inning, when Vladimir Guerrero Jr. launched a two-run homer off Dodgers ace Shohei Ohtani, giving Toronto a lead they never relinquished. The Blue Jays then broke the game open with a four-run seventh inning, ultimately outhitting the Dodgers 11–6.

Ohtani, making his World Series pitching debut, worked six innings but allowed four earned runs on six hits while striking out six. The Dodgers’ lineup struggled to generate offense after their grueling 18-inning victory the previous night, showing visible fatigue. With the win, the Blue Jays ensured that the series will return to Toronto, where they’ll have a chance to take the lead in Game 5.

Shohei Ohtani is an amazing talent, but is he a generational taent? What is a generational talent?
