The team has allowed him to seek a trade, but only if teams meet their steep asking price—rumored to be at least a first-round pick plus a $30M/year contract. 

Micah Parsons is playing under the fifth-year option ($24M for 2025) and has not yet signed an extension, despite being widely acknowledged as one of the best defensive players. He’s reportedly seeking a groundbreaking deal around $200M total, with an average annual salary exceeding $40–455, potentially surpassing the highest-paid non-QB mark. Will Micah get his money?
