San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan recently revealed that he was at fault for a serious head-on car crash earlier this month after dropping his phone while driving and looking down to retrieve it. His vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with another SUV, leaving Shanahan with a severe concussion, a broken nose, three broken ribs, a broken left hand, and more than 40 stitches to his face.
