Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss if the Chiefs are back after their win over the Commanders and the Dodgers' historic Game 3 World Series win last night.
The Kansas City Chiefs dominated the Washington Commanders last night, winning 28-7 to secure their third straight victory on Monday Night Football. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes overcame a shaky start that included two early interceptions to finish with 299 passing yards and three second-half touchdown passes. Travis Kelce, caught six passes for 99 yards and a touchdown, tying the Chiefs’ all-time franchise record with 83 career touchdowns, matching former running back Priest Holmes.
On the other side, Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota, filling in for the injured starter Jayden Daniels, threw for 213 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin returned from a quad injury to score Washington’s lone touchdown but left the game early after re-aggravating the same injury.
After this strong victory, and this 3-game winning streak, are the Chiefs back?
