Is Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders Being Sabotaged? + Buccaneers Cut Shilo Sanders

Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss if Shedeur Sanders is being sabotaged, Shilo Sanders being ejected and cut and more.

In his NFL debut during the Browns’ preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers, Sanders impressed—he threw for 138 yards, 2 touchdowns, and posted a passer rating of 106.8. However over the weekend, in the final preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams, he encountered challenges. Sanders completed just 3 of 6 passes for 14 yards, was sacked five times, and failed to produce a first down. Sanders was unexpectedly benched late in the game when rookie Tyler Huntley—who was later released—was brought in for the two-minute drive and led the Browns to a game-winning field goal. Coach Kevin Stefanski addressed concerns about the decision, saying, “I just felt like we wanted to give Snoop (Huntley) the last drive,” while maintaining that he remains committed to Sanders' development. Why didn’t Shedeur Sanders have the 2-minute drive instead of Huntley? Is Sanders being sabotaged by the Browns?

During the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ preseason game against the Buffalo Bills, Shilo Sanders — a rookie free-agent safety — was ejected in the second quarter after punching tight end Zach Davidson in a heat-of-the-moment altercation. Less than 24 hours later, Tampa Bay officially waived Shilo Sanders.
