Hank “Mattocks Henry” Mattocks has a history in youth sports—coaching for the North Raleigh Pop-Warner Football Association and contributing through the Wake County Boys Club. He is also the founder of the Garner Road Basketball Club.

COO Dwayne West is a long‑time volunteer and coach in Raleigh’s youth basketball scene, Dwayne West has been instrumental in building the Garner Road Basketball Club into a national powerhouse.
