Nate McMillan is a former NBA player, former NBA head coach and the current lead assistant for the Los Angeles Lakers on JJ Redick's coaching staff. McMillan joined the Sports Shop to discuss his foundation, The Nate McMillan Foundation, as well as talk about his time with the Lakers involving LeBron James, Bronny James, Luka Doncic, Coach Dwane Casey and much, much more.

Former NBA player and coach Nate McMillan is excited to host the 4th Annual Nate McMillan Foundation Mentoring Camp. Applications are now being accepted. Nate’s camp provides an exciting and educational environment where fatherless young men can participate in activities designed to foster personal growth, leadership development and manhood. The mission of the Nate McMillan Foundation is to empower young men who have experienced fatherlessness by providing mentorship programs that equip them with the tools, values and mindset needed to lead lives of purpose and impact.
