Greg Ellis is a former defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys. North Carolina football legend Greg Ellis, recently inducted into the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame is now tackling mental health with a new, free services app. Ellis, known for his quarterback sacks and All-American career at UNC before a 12-year NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders, developed GMH, short for Getting My Help. The app is designed to provide confidential mental health resources for anyone in need.
