It is Firebirds Friday! Wade Harris is the CEO, Director of Player Development and the Managing Partner of the Raleigh Firebirds. Shema Carraway is a community leader based in Raleigh, North Carolina. She serves as the President of the Pearls in Partnership Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to scholarships and community service initiatives in the North Raleigh and Franklin County area. In addition, she is active in local organizational leadership, including roles with the Omega Lambda Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she has held positions such as Assistant Treasurer and leadership committee member.
