It is Firebirds Friday! Wade Harris is the CEO, Director of Player Development and the Managing Partner of the Raleigh Firebirds. Coach James Frisby is the owner and founder of FASST Sports Performance Training, located in Winchester, Virginia. He established FASST in 2013 and has more than 25 years of experience in sports performance and fitness training. 

Beyond in-person training, Coach Frisby extends his reach through online coaching, the FASST mobile app, and “The Unfair Advantage Podcast,” where he discusses topics related to athletic performance and personal growth. Frisby has a partenership with Wade and the Firebirds.
