The NC State Wolfpack earned a solid 79-71 road win over Boston College last night, improving NC State to 11-5 overall and 2-1 in ACC play. The Wolfpack controlled much of the game, taking a 40-32 halftime lead and responding every time Boston College threatened in the second half. The Pack shot extremely well from the perimeter, knocking down 13 three-pointers and using that efficiency to offset BC’s physical play inside. Darrion Williams led NC State with 22 points, including four threes, while Terrance Arceneaux scored 12 off the bench and Matt Able added 11 points.
