Former Kentucky assistant Chuck Martin is leaving Arkansas to take a job as associate head coach at North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball under new head coach Michael Malone. The move reunites Martin with Malone, as the two previously worked together earlier in their careers, and brings a veteran presence to UNC’s staff. Known as a strong recruiter with experience at multiple major programs, including Kentucky, Indiana, South Carolina and Oregon. Martin played a key role in assembling top talent at Arkansas, making his departure a notable loss for John Calipari and the Razorbacks.
