Pam, Hump, Reese and Alex discuss the Panthers win over the Cowboys, Alabama's win over Missouri and James Franklin getting fired.

The Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Missouri Tigers 27–24 in a tightly contested SEC matchup on Saturday, handing the Tigers their first home loss in over two years. Quarterback Ty Simpson led the Crimson Tide throwing for around 200 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Jam Miller contributed 85 rushing yards before exiting with a concussion. Alabama’s defense stepped up in key moments, forcing turnovers and preventing Missouri from capitalizing on late opportunities. The win marked Alabama’s third straight over a ranked SEC opponent and extended their unbeaten streak against Missouri to seven games. Alabama also moved up in the AP College Football Poll. Is Alabama back?

The Carolina Panthers pulled off a thrilling 30-27 win over the Dallas Cowboys yesterday. Running back Rico Dowdle, facing his former team, was the star of the game with a franchise-record 239 scrimmage yards, rushing for 183 and adding 56 receiving yards with a touchdown. Quarterback Bryce Young was efficient, throwing for 199 yards and three touchdowns while leading a clutch fourth-quarter drive that sealed the game.

James Franklin was fired as head coach of Penn State over the weekend following the team’s third consecutive loss. Despite compiling a strong overall record of 104-45 during his tenure and leading the Nittany Lions to a recent College Football Playoff appearance, the program's continued struggles this season ultimately led to his dismissal. What does this mean for Penn State and James Franklin?
