Which direction is the ACC heading?

Jim Phillips is great in THIS way, but will being that help the ACC in the long run? What’s the best strategic route for Jim Phillips to take, if there’s any answer for this? What would be the way out for Clemson and FSU, if there is a way out? What is the SEC and Big Ten NOT doing, which makes it even more questionable for FSU and Clemson?
