Where are we at with the NCAA and lawsuits currently?

Is the ACC open to more legal action if THIS happens? What’s the issue that colleges have right now, but they’re unable to go anywhere for it? What have athlete directors been saying when it comes to making athletes “employees”? What might FSU do if they can’t get what they want and get out of the ACC?
