The NCAA FINALLY did it!

Tarun Sharma, M&A Law/Sports-NIL, on the NCAA actually settling this HUGE lawsuit and what that entails for conferences and the NCAA as a whole.

So how did they all come to an agreement and what are the details that we know thus far? How are they going to get around the cap? How will this change if the athletes are deemed “employees”?
