Rumors are getting leaked from the ACC, so how valid is this recent news?

David Hale, ESPN, on if there’s any validity for these ACC schools getting more money and the Grant of Rights shrinking?

How have times changed in the ACC? Why would Jim Phillips and the league get involved to shrink the Grant of Rights and give Clemson and FSU more money? If there’s any truth to this, will this completely cause a drastic change to how college football is today? Will college basketball be involved in this, as well? Are people from FS and Clemson now realizing that they have to figure out a way to make it seem like there’s no better place for us than the ACC?
