Raleigh, the Triangle, and NC as whole should benefit from these renovations

Philip Isley, Chairman Centennial Authority, on everything that went in to renovations officially coming to PNC Arena and what we can anticipate for the future.  

Phillip believes this will “really put Raleigh on the map”. How is this going to change things in the area around PNC Arena? How far north of Edwards Mill will we see development? What all is involved in this process that’s behind the scenes to make it happen? Where might a new arena go? What kind of strategy are they using when determining what will be built and where?
