All of this stems from one Senator who is still upset from something that happened years ago, but is a good thing. So why does this Senator think it was a bad thing? What are some things they’ve been using that money for? Should there have been more transparency, which may have made everyone happy? Are they viewing this more as a nuisances than a necessity?
