Morning After Antti Raanta made the Devils say 'uncle'

Antti Raanta helped the Hurricanes steal two points from the Devils. Half of his 24 saves came in the 2nd period, including 3 absolute gems, as the Hurricanes held on for a 2-1 win. Raanta hadn't started a game since New Year's Day in Columbus but you'd never know it based on his performance. Jordan Martinook has played just twice since early December but opened the scoring in the 1st period. Andrei Svechnikov added his 15th of the season to make it 2-0. But, it was not a vintage performance. Carolina fought it for the first 40 minutes and have Raanta to thank for escaping with 2 points for the night.
