Sloppy Canes fall in Denver to the Avalanche
The Hurricanes chased the game all night in Anaheim, yielding the 1st score, and was never able to get their nose in front. The result was an OT loss to the Ducks. Three times Carolina tied the score. Three times the Ducks had an answer. Carolina has the rest of the week off as they're playing at the Islanders on Saturday night.
